Payment

Buyabathroom.co.uk accepts most credit and debit cards. This includes visa, mastercard, deta, and switch. These payments are processed using an on-line processing system via HSBC bank.

Delivery

Deliveries are subject to available stock and all delivery dates are approximate. Every effort will be made to complete delivery with agreed delivery schedule. We only deliver within England, Scotland and Wales. If you require delivery to Ireland please contact us for a delivery charge. All deliveries are carried out by a third party carriers , if you are not available to take your delivery your purchase will be taken to you nearest depot depending on which carrier used.

Returns

Faulty goods must be notified to us within 24 hours after delivery, goods are to be returned to us within 7 days and a replacement will be sent to you free of charge. Any claims for damages or re-fitting costs after installation will not be entertained.

Cancellation rights you have 7 days to cancel any standard orders after the day on which you received the goods. Goods that are supplied as a special order cannot be cancelled. Some of our products may be subject to a re-stocking charge. The maximum restocking charge would be 15% and the cost of returns would be at your expense. We will refund your money within 30 days of cancellation; goods must be in their original packaging, un-damaged, and in a re-saleable condition.

The price you see on all our product is what you pay, includes vat and delivery to England, Wales and Scotland. If you require a price for delivery outside these areas contact us for a price.

We strongly advise that you do not book plumbers until your goods have arrived and been checked. We are not liable for any plumbers costs or compensation in anyway.
